We had a delightful stay at this place. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, with all the necessary amenities such as an iron, hair dryer, and a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond. The location is in a lovely area, with beautiful views and easy access to the center. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the stunning view from the restaurant where breakfast was served. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Beautifully decorated room, cosy and modern. Great improvement on previous hotel bed. Good standard breakfast with fruit option. Enjoyed delicious room service meal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the price per night was reasonable. The rooms, although small, were lovely and clean. We enjoyed the bar area and restaurant, which had delicious food at reasonable prices. The breakfast was fabulous, offering a great selection of both cold and hot foods. Additionally, the location was quiet and had beautiful gardens to sit in and enjoy a drink. We also appreciated the free parking on-site and the convenient bus links, making it easy to explore the city and visit some nice restaurants on the Perth Road.

I was pleasantly surprised with the free upgrade I received at this hotel. The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, not too far from the center. The hotel also had ample parking space, which was a bonus. Despite a few minor issues, such as a faulty room key and contractors waking me up in the morning, I was overall very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. it was a great stay and I would choose this hotel again.

During our stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, just a short distance from the bustling city center. The restaurant provided a delightful dining experience with picturesque views, reminiscent of being on a cruise ship. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable.

There were occasional noise disturbances from events held in the nearby ballroom, which impacted the tranquility of our stay.
